Brown or Banks?
With the Auckland Super City Mayoral elections coming up, I'm voting LEN BROWN! Partly because his name is similar to Chris Breezy but more so because he's Polynesia friendly =) (dowwwnnn for the brooowwwnn). He understands the cultural convents and traditions of our people..well at least more than John Banks does, frankly I wouldn't mind seeing some of the Samoan concepts of respect and pride instilled in the council =) wouldn't that be something lol.
Anyway driving down to Tauranga this weekend for my fathers friends 50th birthday, is it weird that all I want to do down there is find an internet cafe and play war-craft 3? I would usually jump at the opportunity to get lost in a new city, looking for second hand book stores, having lunch at the local Burger King lol something must have happened to me. Have I gone Lazy?? (more Lazy than normal haha) or am I just so addicted to this game that its trumped my feel for adventure. If its the latter has technology come so far as to satisfy our desires with out much physical effort? woah I hope its just me being lazy cause that would just be ...sad =(

-a bystanders observation of.... AUPISA Sports day
What a blast. Intense, fast paced, ankle breaking basketball, perfectly timed silver fern like netball passes, forearm/face bruising volley spikes and a dancing flash (yes the super hero lol)what more could one ask for in a sports day. Well done PILSA for being amazing hosts, so much fun and chumminess not to mention FOOD! It set the perfect stage for the students to get to know each other and perhaps build friendships to last a lifetime ..or one night ;). Just the event we needed before the mid-term test period. Hope to see you all at the social next week lol!

The vampire Diaries?
So yeah Im just killing time while the rest of my "Vampire Diaries" episode 12 loads, lol I believe that every male needs a good "Vampire, female oriented horror" film or tv series, to get the blood racing (lol) and to better understand the female obsession with tall, strong, white guys with broody eyes.

Past present and future
What is it that makes us who we are? Life is ever-changing, our tastes and preferences, our physical attributes etc etc So how does what we did then, affect what we do now and how does what we do now affect what we do in the future? What can we do to .. say channel our fate in the direction we want it to proceed?
Yeah "put in the hard work now to benefit in the future" is good in theory but if the hard work that we put in directly leads to negative consequences? Blah

Are you a bum boy?
The "Bum boy diesease": otherwise known as the "Eat Arse" Virus is a viral infection which causes a person to have unwavering devotion towards another. Common amongst young males the Bum boy disease (BBD) has the potential to deal a direct blow to the image of the "ideal male" i.e. bread winning macho man.
Historians believe the BBD originated in 1209BC from the persian freedom fighters (PFF)prior to the great greek wars. When the PFF joined forces with king Zerksees they had to partake in lude acts of gaydultery (new word I just made up) to form the Zerksees bond. These so called "bonding actions" led to all the members of the PFF to become unknowingly devoted to King Zerksees doing anything he demanded of them. Upon the fall of King Zerksees to the mighty Samoan Spartans in 1211BC the BDD seemed to have been wiped out by the Spartans Manly Immune system. This was not so as the BDD arose again in the late 1500s with the Tongan insvasion of Samoa and 2001 with the terrorist attacks on the World trade centre.
The symptoms: The symptoms vary for this disease as it evolves with each host, however here are some general symptoms which might allow for earlt treatment.
1.The affected answers the other persons questions even though they are'nt directed at him/her
2.The affected tries to impress the other person no matter what the situation i.e. in church, class, libraries, food joints, clubs, toilet areas, touch.
3.The affected always talks about the other person when they are not around and always talks to the person when they are, even in the event of a fire and near death situations ...
4.If the person needs anything, to the affected money is no issue.
